Custom Orders:

Returns for custom items are not available. Custom orders also cannot be canceled once placed. If you receive your custom order and there is something wrong with it, please reach out through the contact page or to contact@maevmade.com with your order number, issue description, and photos.

All Other Orders:

Returns for standard items that are not customized are accepted. Items must be returned in original condition and will be inspected prior to a refund being provided. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please complete the contact form or email contact@maevmade.com to request a return. Returns must be completed within 10 days of purchase.

Order cancelations for items that are not customized are allowed, but must be completed within 2 hours of purchase.
